I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Ohana Rapa Nui, especially the attentive staff who treated us like family. The spacious room featured a lovely private terrace with gorgeous views. The delicious breakfast included fresh juices and made-to-order eggs, which set a perfect start to each day.
Location a bit far from the town.

Incredible service when it mattered
During our stay, we were impressed by the refreshing pool and hot tub that became our evening retreat. The staff's warmth and helpfulness transformed our experience—especially Juan, who went above and beyond in helping my wife with a dental emergency. He swiftly arranged a ride to the hospital and provided translation services, ensuring we made our flight on time. The breakfast was delightful, featuring freshly made omelets and lovely views while we dined.
Although it is a bit removed from the bustling heart of Hanga Roa, the location's quietude was a nice trade-off. However, the absence of an elevator made dragging luggage to our second-floor room slightly inconvenient.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive during my stay.
The hotel did not provide a dinner service, which forced us to walk back from town after a long day. it took about 40 minutes. Additionally, there were no glasses in the room, which was quite inconvenient. I was disappointed that there was no room service or snacks available, leaving us feeling stranded without easy dining options.

Oh man, the breakfast spread was top-notch! Fresh juices and made-to-order eggs made every morning feel like a feast. The oversized King Suite with sea views offered a great terrace to kick back and soak in the tranquility. Plus, shoutout to Juan, who was a lifesaver during a little dental hiccup—we felt right at home with that personal touch!
Now, the only thing to keep in mind is that it's a bit of a trek to hit the town (about 30 min walk). The staff's always ready to help with rides if you need—can't complain too much!

A Serene Getaway with Breath-taking Sea Views
Our stay in the triple room offered stunning sea views that made every sunrise special. Staff was approachable and eager to assist. Although dining options were limited, rent a car for meals in town. it's worth the convenience. Bring your own snacks if arriving late!

The spacious King Suite offered stunning sea views and a lovely terrace perfect for enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, featuring a delightful variety of homemade pastries and fresh juices, complemented by a friendly and attentive staff who made us feel at home. However, the hotel was somewhat removed from the town center, making it a bit inconvenient for evening outings, and the absence of dinner service left us dining options minimal after long days of exploration.
